Emilia Więcek works at Tax Legal Partner on corporate documentation and contracts, preparing and reviewing them and keeping document schedules in ongoing matters. She works directly with the firm’s tax advisers and attorneys-at-law on day-to-day support for businesses. She is a fourth-year law student and works in Polish and in English.

I prepare and review corporate documentation and contracts, and I maintain the document schedules in ongoing matters. In practice this means knowing, at any point, which resolution, power of attorney or annex a matter already has and which one it is still missing. That question tends to arrive suddenly and from outside, from a bank, a notary or the other side of a transaction, and the answer has to be ready before it does.
