Aleksandra Warchoł

Aleksandra Warchoł works at Tax Legal Partner on day-to-day legal and tax support for clients. She prepares analyses in corporate and personal income tax (CIT and PIT) and in VAT, and supports reorganization projects: company conversions and changes to legal and ownership structures. She is a law student at the Jagiellonian University and works in Polish and in English.

I prepare analyses in income taxes and VAT, chiefly CIT, PIT and VAT, for the day-to-day legal and tax support the firm provides to its clients. I also support projects involving the reorganization of businesses and companies, including conversions and changes to legal and ownership structures, where I examine the legal and the tax consequences of what is planned. Those two sets of consequences are worth reading together and early, because the same reorganization carried out in a different order does not cost the same, and the order is not something that can be revisited afterwards.

Alongside that, I support the firm’s day-to-day administration and the organization of work on ongoing projects.
